To request transcripts follow the directions below:

Current Students:

Pick up a form at Student Services to request transcripts for college applications, and scholarships.

Prior to 2010:

To request records prior to 2010 they contact Archives and Records Management at (386)734-7190 ext.20430

After 2010:

2010 till current request at Mainland High School completing a records request form at the front desk in the Main office. They will need to have a photo ID that we will copy and there is an $1.00 fee. Transcripts are processed within 48 hours as a general rule. They can be picked up or sent directly to the college / university please have a good address. If the alumni is out of area a written request may be sent to the school to the attention of “Registrar” a copy of his/her photo ID and the $1.00 fee must be included. The request must include name and year of graduation or withdrawal, a complete address where the records is to be sent. The request must be signed and have a contact number for the person requesting.
